Review: Silver’s Spells

If you know me, you already know that I have a great fondness for Silver Ravenwolf and cut my baby witch teeth on her works. If you’re a practicing witch you already know that there’s three main types of spells that are universally sought after by both magickal practitioners and their clients: Love, Money, and Protection. You have no idea how delighted I was to see Silver’s Spells: Magick for Love, Protection, and Abundance – which is a newly released hardcover book that collects her previous books Silver’s Spells for Love, Silver’s Spells for Protection, and Silver’s Spells for Abundance into one volume.

The book is insanely reasonably priced (at the time of this review it’s about $11) and I’m not sure if you can find any other hardcover spell book at that price. The book is short and thick and its size makes it easy to travel with and transport. The important thing to know about this spell book is that the spells work. Many of these I successfully employed during my teen years and to experiment and see if they still worked I cast a few from the book when I received my copy and the magick still holds up. One of the best things about Silver’s Spells aside from them working is that the Silver is perhaps one of the most creative writers in our history. Her spells have always deeply inspired me due to their creativity. Another important factor is that the spells are easy to use. Simple, powerful, effective, and creative. Silver’s Spells are sure to inspire your own, but at the very least are sure to enhance your life.
