The Best Astral Projection Books

The first workshop I ever taught was on the subject of astral projection. I get asked regularly which books are the best. In this day of self-publishing, there’s a lot of crap books out there – most being watered down regurgitations of older classics, and others being a short manual without any solid information or practices. As such, I thought it would be a good time to share my five favorite classic books on astral projection and these are the five books that I recommend in all my astral projection workshops to avoid wasting your money on books that suck. These books will give you a solid foundation and mastery of astral projection.

With this selection, I’m ignoring books on witch’s flight and the use of entheogenic substances. I will save that for another book list. I sincerely believe that before attempting those, one should focus on attempting to be able to leave their body and navigate the astral realms without anything other than their body, mind, and spirit. Having a firm grip of the energy work involved in astral projection will create a solid foundation for any attempts at witch flight without the use of plants or entering the Witch’s Sabbath, and will ensure mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health isn’t being potentially jeopardized and that they won’t become a crutch preventing you from leaving your body without these substances.
